Description and history

Description CuteOS is a beautiful and practical operating system. It is built on Ubuntu and uses CuteDE desktop developed based on CutefishDE to provide users with comfortable interface design, better user experience and better choices.

history CuteOS is an Ubuntu22.04 based distribution, which originated on January 5, 2023 and was called DreamOS in early November 2022. DreamOS was not released on the network. DreamOS was developed based on Ubuntu 20.04 and uses the KDE desktop environment; In December, the development of the project was stopped. By 2023.1.5, DreamOS was renamed as openCute, using GNOME desktop. The openCute project was renamed as CuteOS on January 13, using CuteFishDE environment, and CuteOS was born.
